Transit providers, micromobility services, and even TNCs and carsharing apps had a tough 2020, as the pandemic dented transport demand, and pushed many remaining commuters to the perceived comfort of their own automobiles. Now as we turn a corner into 2021, it’s paramount for the health of our cities that as people resume moving about, they do so via sustainable modes. In this webinar, we’ll discuss the vital role that rewards and incentives can play in getting commuters back into trains, bikes, scooters, and shared cars.
